Create a new form within your Dewy account
These days, it’s imperative that you collect RSVPs via an online form instead of just phone calls. Dewy’s forms are connected to your Event pipeline, which is your home base for managing, confirming and converting event RSVPs.
Good news! It’s easy to use Dewy forms for your upcoming event. Most of the work has been done for you. Within every Dewy account is a form titled ‘Event Form Template’ that you can replicate.
Tease your event on social media
At five weeks out we recommend you tease your upcoming event with a save the date post ora video invite. Videos are amazing for engagement and reach rates and this is a perfect way tolet your followers know to save the date for your exciting upcoming event. Posting your inviteand pinning it to the top of your Facebook Page and Instagram feed until the event is overwill prove helpful. If you opt for a video invite, be sure to post it as a Reel on Instagram toincrease the amount of users that will see it.
We recommend keeping this video to 20 seconds or less. Hold phone vertically whilerecording.

Add an event pop up to your website
Using one of Dewy’s pop up forms is the easiest way to increase RSVPs. The pop up form should have the following information:
Strong headline
Event details (time, date and location)
Call to action
Also, the form should have the following fields:
Name
Email
Phone

Create an event on Facebook & Instagram
We recommend you create your Facebook Event & Instagram Event Reminders and startadvertising at 4 weeks out.
Instead of collecting RSVPs via phone calls, you can use a Dewy form that is linked as the call to action in your email marketing funnels.

While no shows are expected, we recommend calling all RSVPs to confirm their attendance multiple times before the event. Here’s a sample call schedule:
