A "date-based funnel" is a type of marketing funnel that is triggered when a date-based field in Dewy matches certain parameters. The most common example of this is an automated email that is sent to a patient on their birthday. The date-based field in Dewy is the patient's birthday and the trigger for the funnel would occur when today's date matches the patient's birthday (month and day).
