Why We’re Updating Our Pricing

Due to major pricing updates from ActiveCampaign, the platform Dewy is partially powered by, we are forced to make pricing changes to ensure short and long-term reliability.

These changes also reflect the growing demand for support, customization and deep data insight that our team delivers every day. From custom reports to integrations and vendor management, Dewy has become more than just a CRM—it’s a critical part of your operations.

Here’s What’s Changing (Effective May 1, 2025):

✅ Per-User Pricing

• Your first 5 users are included in your monthly subscription
• Additional users will be billed at $49/user/month
• This aligns with new costs from our infrastructure partners and ensures fair use across growing teams

📊 Custom Report Add-Ons

• Need more detailed insights? You can now add custom reports for $199/month, plus a $79 one-time setup fee per additional report
• This supports the ongoing development, updates, and maintenance of highly specific dashboards

🔌 Integrations Remain Included

• All existing integrations—including Zenoti, ModMed, and other platforms—remain included in your Dewy subscription at no extra cost
