Every contact in Dewy has a unique patient profile that centralizes all of the information and data that your practice knows about them. There are two main types of data that you should be aware of:
On the left side of the patient profile, you'll see a table that has all of the patient's contact information, treatments that they're interested in and other patient data.
On the right side of the patient profile, you'll see the activity timeline. The activity timeline is a vertical list that contains all of the interactions that you're practice has had with this patient. Some of these can include: automatic and manually sent emails, text messages and replies, notes, email engagement and task reminders.
The activity timeline gives you important data about a patient's engagement. For example, you can see if someone has opened emails or replied to texts, both of which are important data points to determine how engaged or qualified a lead is.
