Please note that depending on the size of your practice and how many leads you're getting, it may be beneficial to have more than one deal pipeline within Dewy. Our support team will likely discuss this during the onboarding process and will customize these pipelines for your practice.

Grouping leads by status

Grouping leads by status is one of the best ways you and your team can organize and prioritize your leads.

The deal pipeline has 6 different color-coded headers that each represent a different lead status. Here is a full breakdown of each status:

• New Leads
• In Progress
• Booked Consults
• Canceled Consult or No Show
• Quote Sent
• Consult Still Considering
• Quote Accepted/Booked Appointment
• Completed Treatment
• Request for Review
• Follow Up On Later Date

Manage leads by dragging and dropping them into the respective status

During your Dewy set up, our team will integrate our platform to any other platforms that are generating leads for you. Some common integrations include your website, landing pages or ad accounts. When a new lead is pulled in, Dewy will automatically create a deal under the 'New Lead' status. This triggers a new automation that will nurture and engage the patient.

In review, every drag and drop creates a new automated trigger of communication to patients. Each patient will get different messaging depending on the treatment that they are interested in and what their lead status is.
