What is the advanced search tool?

The advanced search tool is a powerful feature you can use to search your contact database using dozens of custom conditions. “Conditions” are any data point within your Dewy account, these include:

• Creation/subscribed date
• Past email engagement
• Service/treatment interest
• And more!

Conditions are based on data in your Dewy account including:

• Fields
• Tags
• List subscriptions
• A contact’s email and SMS engagement history
• Deal data
• And more!

How to use the advanced search tool

If you have any of our EMR/EHR integrations, you can filter your database by ICD code, CPT code, last appointment date, total revenue and more!

Step 1: Open your Dewy account

Step 2: Go to 'Contacts'

Step 3: Select the search box on the top right corner of the page

Step 4: Select the 'Advanced search' option within the dropdown menu

Step 5: Choose the parameters you'd like to search by:

• Selecting the field you'd like to search by (example: date created)
• Selecting the operator (example: 'is', 'is after', 'is before', is not
• Selecting the value you'd like to search for (example: '11/2/23')
