Emailing a lead or existing patient directly from Dewy without having to go back to your inbox is a really simple process that can save you time and allow you to track opens, clicks and other data.

How to email a contact starting from the contact database:

• Navigate to your contact list (click on the 'person' icon)
• Search for the contact you'd like to email
• Click on the gray bar that says ‘Send an Email’
• Type out your email or used a saved response (bottom right to view)
• Hit send! This email will be shown in Recent Activity of this contact

How to email a contact from the deals pipeline:

• Navigate to your deal pipeline (click on the 'dollar sign' icon)
• Select the right pipeline
• Search for the patient's email or name
• Click on the contact's name
• Navigate to their contact profile
• Click on the gray bar that says ‘Send an Email’
• Type out your email or used a saved response (bottom right to view)
• Hit send! This email will be shown in Recent Activity of this contact

Note: At this time, you cannot attach files of any kind to emails sent from Dewy.
