Our Campaign feature is a user-friendly email designer you can use to build high-quality newsletters that can be sent to your entire patient database. We're excited to say that this feature can replace Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Keap, or any other email sending tool that your practice uses.

Dewy customers use the Campaign feature to:

• Send monthly newsletters to their entire database
• Promote an in-person or virtual event
• Announce a new product or service
• Send targeted specials to different segments of your database

How to use the Campaign feature

Configuring a campaign

• Navigate to the Campaign section (click on the 'envelope' icon)
• Press the Create Campaign button on the top right corner of your screen
• Name your campaign ( this is only visible to your team)
• Select Standard and hit next
• Select the list of people you’d like to receive this communication and hit next

Designing a campaign

• In the email designer, you can upload new images, write your email content, insert any buttons or add other elements. It’s best to get creative here and play around to find the newsletter that looks and works the best for you!
• Once you are satisfied, hit next and it will allow you to review the campaign
• Once everything is correct, you can schedule or send your campaign

Best practices

• Send a test email to yourself before sending out the campaign to your database
• Schedule campaigns to avoid rushing
• Create a master template and duplicate it every time you create a campaign
