RealSelf has very limited integration capabilities so getting your leads automatically routed to platforms such as Dewy is very difficult. However, we have created a reliable work around solution using an email parser that automatically creates a new contact in Dewy when a lead submits a RealSelf form.
To set this up, please follow the steps below. Note: Please contact your customer success manager to assist with this setup.
The first step in the set up process is to contact our team. Once you let us know that you want to get your RealSelf leads into Dewy, we will send you a unique email parser address.
An email parser is a type of software application used for data extraction from incoming emails. Email parsers extracts text data from the email header and body.
Once our team has sent you the email parser address, the next step is to add it to your lead notification list in RealSelf. Please visit this link for more information.
Note: Per RealSelf, your practice can only have 5 emails that receive lead notifications. If you have more than 5, please remove one and add the email parser address to ensure your leads go into Dewy.
The last step is to test the email parser to ensure your RealSelf leads will go into your Dewy account. To finalize setup, we need to receive a test inquiry and map all of the form fields to the right fields in Dewy. Please follow one of the options below:
